Trip to Niagara Falls

Niagara-on-the-Lake
Nancy - Berlitz School and I
View all 33 photos...
I went to Niagara Falls with the school. We took the bus at Eglinton Station. Others students from others schools went too !!! Niagara Falls is about 2 hours from Toronto by bus.

Before go to Niagara-on-the-Lake, we tryed canadian wine in a winegrowing ! It was so delicious !!! But ICE WINE is the better wine that i have being tryed !!!! 0) It´s so good !! I liked so much !!!!! You must try !!!!

Niagara-on-the-Lake is a nice and small city !!!!!! The Town has retained its 19th century charm and is a wonderful place to explore with its forts, grand mansions, colourful gardens and parks, and pot-pourri of arts and crafts." Besides having the reputation as one of the prettiest towns in Canada, Niagara-on-the-Lake is also one of the most fascinating historically.

After we went to Niagara Falls !! The falls are so beautiful ! The only problem was the fog ! Was so cold too ! But is a nice place to visit !!!!

The Canadian Falls is approximately 52 metres high. The crestline is estimated to be 675 metres wide. The depth of the river at the base of the falls is actually higher than the falls itself. The river's depth is estimated at 56 metres.

At 56 metres high, the American Falls is slightly higher than its Canadian counterpart. Its crestline is 328 metres wide.

wow,how so bes your picture,hi,nice 2 knowing u Tue 22-Apr-2008 16:51

I went with the school to the ROM - Royal Ontario Museum !! I saw the Eternal Egypt Exposition.

The Experience of an After-Lifetime - First time ever in Canada

From ancient Rome through the present day, Egyptian art has fascinated collectors, archaeologists, and general audiences. Some of the most important and exquisite surviving examples are preserved in The British Museum in London, whose renowned collection was assembled over more than two hundred years of exploration, excavation, bequests, and acquisition. This exhibition presents many of the finest and most famous objects from that great collection.

Eternal Egypt illustrates the development and achievements of Egyptian art and culture over more than three thousand years. The exhibition is divided into six main sections, each focusing on a specific historical period, plus two special rooms that delve into important ongoing themes in Egyptian art.

I visited the tallest man made wonder of the world and Toronto´s pride.

Defining the Toronto skyline, the CN Tower is Canada's most recognizable and celebrated icon. At a height of 553.33m (1,815 ft., 5 inches), it is the World's Tallest Building, an important telecommunications hub, and the centre of tourism in Toronto.

The CN Tower is situated on Front Street which is located in the Heart of the Entertainment District. The CN Tower is easily accessible from Union Station as well as many major streets and highways. For a broader sense of the CN Tower's location, it is located on the north shore of Lake Ontario.

While visiting the CN Tower, guests not only enjoy the amazing view, but the many great attractions available. With 4 lookout levels the view of Toronto just gets better the higher you go.

Located at a height of 342 m (1,122 ft) you will find the Glass Floor and Outdoor Observation Deck.

It´s very interesting ! You must go there while you are in Toronto !!!
